I rebooted my computer after installing all the drivers and a black screen happened during the reboot and it says something like "226/226(some place in registry's component section)" Is it normal to have that screen after installing drivers? Also, can registry contain a keylogger? Does a keylogger create a registry?

The registry is composed of 3 separate files and holds data; There is no computer code inside the files. The purpose of the Windows registry is to hold hardware information, hardware/software configuration information, etc. There are some places in the registry which are read by Windows for running programs when Windows starts up though.
A keylogger is a separate program and can be loaded if some other program modified a certain registry entry to load the keylogger when you log on or when Windows starts.
Try rebooting into Safe Mode and uninstalling all the drivers that you installed. Try re-installing your old drivers, starting with the video driver. By the way, in case you don't know this yet, it is best to install 1 driver at a time and rebooting after each installation instead of installing several drivers and then rebooting only once.
