I downloaded a few and copied them onto my ps3, a few weeks later it got the 'yellow light of death'. I'm thinking it COULD be connected, I've had the YLOD before though without having any videos downloaded.

The reason I ask is that I'm now borrowing my bother's PS3 and want to put some videos onto it, obviously I don't want to break that as well though so can anybody tell me if stagevu videos can damage a ps3?
