No, But you can get the best performance from your 7660d in your apu by running 2 sticks of matched ram (2x4GB DDR3 1600), since the video ram is shared with the system ram.
No you can't, well not without owning an electronics factory and hiring an R&D team anyway, it's cheaper to just replace the card with a better one.
Nope, video ram is soldered to the video board/chipset. You cannot add to it...
