I have IE8, XP SP3, all latest updates. Whenever I try to go to CBSSports.com to check scores (EX:cbssports.com/collegebasketball/scoreboard) It partially loads and then I get an error message that's titled " rel="nofollow">http://www.cbssports.com/collegebasketball/scorebo...
I'm ok with IE closing a page if it's going to hurt my cpu, but a site that's is as popular as CBSSports can be trusted. Plus i have Ad-Aware, avast!, Webroot SpySweeper, and CCleaner to keep my computer safe.
Has this happened to anyone else and does anyone know how to fix this?

Use Firefox, Opera, Safari, or Google Chrome and do not look back...
Using one of the most attacked software as your main web browser does not make sense... Please sit back and do not be angry with my suggestion, look at the realities.
You are a virus coder, and you want to cripple the most computer users with your latest bad guy code. You are going to prepare it for Internet explorer because most buyers of computer get one with a Microsoft operating system and they do not have a clue how to add or change software. From the TV advertising we also know that the most downloaded software is Internet explorer... (yes, I.E. 8 it is a forced critical download)
Now if you do not use Microsoft's internet explorer you can avoid a good number of targeted internet attacks or website attacks... Thats why I suggest staying under the radar and using Firefox, Opera, Safari, or Google Chrome instead, it is a mater of numbers not fanboy info...
I just checked see no errors with Google Chrome...
