my desktop was running kind of slow last night not just the internet browser but the whole pc likie pictures and games and other applications just the whole main pc was running slow i tried turning it off but it was still slow so my mom with her brilliant ideas said i know how to resolve this issue but restoring and recoverying the pc i was like NO dont do that because it will erase all the updates and pictures aka data . she was like i dont care so he did it anyways and it was already in its restoring and recovering mode and me being a HARD headed idiot i turned it off right in the middle kuz i didint want the updates and data to be gone so i turned it off and on aqain and boom it was at the normal start and i thought yay i canceled it but i actually messed it up now .. becuase i cant use anything i cant access the internet kuz it wont responed i cant view pictures beause it says the file has been moved or changed i cant access games or applications like simple things becuase it says file is not found so its messed up how do i fix this problem how do i do a system reboot maual without using applications if i have to or how do i fix this another way
