I think I'm chubby even though peple tell me im not
I'm 5"3'
And 105 pounds
Also I'm a girl and I'm 15
My thighs r realy fatty looking and idk how to get rid of that. Also my stomach is starting to look fatty-ish and idk if I'm fat of not. People tell me that in skinny but I don't believe them.

Look up your BMI. We are in the range of underweight!
We are supposed to weigh more.

Don't skip meals. We will start looking malnourished people if we weigh less than now.
But it's a good idea to exercise. I recommend you to look up some exercise vids on youtube.

First of, You are not fat, in fact your weight sounds between the range or under or average for your height. If you want to tone up, then go to the gym and get some muscle..skipping meals is not good because your body stores more fat that way. If your weight is becoming an obsession..as in its all you think about, a psych problem could be developing. Find a different way to deal with it, eat healthy smaller meals and excercise, should this not be enough and you lose more and more weight and you dont eat, consult proffesional help. But I know most girls are never content with their body anyways.
No you are not fat in fact look up the BMI index you are under weight I believe. I'm 5'4 and 144 at the top of chart but still not considered overweight. Even when I was younger prior to having 2 kids I had big thighs! :) you are probably a beautiful young lady and shouldn't even be thinking about weight yet. If you continue to feel this way speak to a diatician and a counselor they can help you.
Your weight is fine trust me. Also do NOT skip meals, it can actually make you gain even MORE weight. Because your body will hold onto everything you give it, like if you were to only eat at night your body will absorb it all burning straight to fat. You may look 'fattyish' as you call it because you are short, not because you are actually fat, so don't worry :)
