Do I have a problem.?

I think I'm chubby even though peple tell me im not

I'm 5"3'

And 105 pounds

Also I'm a girl and I'm 15

My thighs r realy fatty looking and idk how to get rid of that. Also my stomach is starting to look fatty-ish and idk if I'm fat of not. People tell me that in skinny but I don't believe them.

If u have any good exercises to tone thighs tell me

Also I don't have any muscle, like at all so that's not why I weigh alot.

If I where to get my weight down what would be a heathey weight.

My measurements are 32-24-32

Do I have a problem? I have started to skip meals cuz I think I'm fat. What should I do.
