Do you think this is empathy? I think so?
I don't have feelings for anybody including my family and I won't care if anybody dies. I don't have a lost of interest in anything. I still enjoy sex but what is this called? I did try to feel empathy for someone in my life but I failed.

You may be suffering from sociopathy. Sociopathy is characterized by a lack of empathy, care, or emotion for others as well as anti-social behavior. Sociopathy is NOT psychopathy.
Sociopathy is often confused to be the same as psychopathy, however psychopathy also involves a desire for violent, aggressive, perverted, and/or immoral crimes and activities for which that person has no remorse or guilt for. Sociopaths are unlikely to engage in violent or aggressive crimes (if any crimes) or activities and often appear to be completely sane.
Keep this in mind: There are a handful of other mental disorders that include apathetic and anti-social behavior.
I would seek professional help to pinpoint the cause of your apathy, if I were you.
Another point worth bringing up is: Loss of interests is a symptom of chronic depression.
