omg im in the same boat-calc is hard!!! its sucks and im freaking out big time. ive been on y!a trying to find answers to this to and so far it seems like if you have done well throughout your high school years, report and explain your bad grade to the schools you applied to, and then work your a** off to improve second semester your not automatically counted out for admittance. since colleges only get your senior year grades after second semester, they can see your improvement, that is if you do improve it. good luck and remember as bad as this seems to you now (trust me i know), in actuality, high school is a very small part of your life :]
