I heard all sorts of stuff like 1st doctorate, post doctorate, etc. What's 1st and post doctorate? Isn't a P.h.D. after a masters degree and not all of these doctorates? How long would it take to earn a 1st doctorate, post doctorate, and a P.h.D.? Sources?

Yes, a Ph.D most definitely comes after the masters degree. I know because many relatives have received both their masters degree, immediately followed by their Ph.D. The first doctorates and Ph.D are the same thing. A Ph.D is a doctorate degree! Post doctorates is any degree in the field that is advanced beyond the Ph.D level.
A Ph.D will take you a minimum of 4 years to achieve after you have already obtained your bachelors degree.
Bachelors degree (undergraduate) 4 years.
Masters degree (graduate) 2 years
Ph.D. (graduate) 2 years
Many programs have the masters and Ph.D combined into one program.
