Chick-fil-A is a franchise. All franchised operators of the restaurants run their own business including the recruitment of staff.
So it depends on the individual restaurant's policy.
Why are you asking vegetarians and vegans about a chicken restaurant franchise's hiring policies?
@Moojoo: really? I have never in my life been asked to do a drug test for any job, or for any other reason for that matter. Must be a cultural difference.
All the jobs I've ever had required a drug test. So I'm gonna bet they do.
