Donde esta Pubic hair?
I'm technically 25 and I have developed facial hair, armpit hair, but I still don't have any pubes. Some girls like that I'm smooth "like a seal." But others think I'm immature. I mean, my balls have dropped just not hairy balls. Is this a problem? Will I ever be normal? Will rogaine help? Do they make some kind of wig for your pubes?

Growth of that type of hair is triggered by a hormone, testosterone. So is facial hair, for that matter. Go to a physician/endocrinologist to get some tests done. See how your hormone levels are.
Thats not exactly strange, if anything be proud of your hairlessness. It is messy, not exactly sexy and attracts bad odors. I wouldnt try rogaine. Thts just bizarre. and you don't want to put ANYTHING chemical on your balls. thats a bad idea. good luck
