is there a way to install a dual monitor video card or 2 video cards and what is a good video card for what i want to do ?
what i want to do is to have both monitors on at the same time and move some files pages over the other screen when i am working
sometimes i have over 20 pages open and i seen people doing that with the mouse
I have 4gb of ram

Yes, like the guy said above me it is possible to do that on one card...
If you are just wanting the card for dual monitoring purposes then you could pick up a card for about 50 bucks...

Most new video cards come with a VGA and a DVI output , or two DVI outputs. Either of these configurations will allow you to run a second screen.
Your second screen can then be set up in 3 different ways
Clone - both screens display the same
Extended - your desktop is stretched over the two screens
Dual - this is the option you will probably want. it allows the second screen to be a different resolution and have different settings etc.
