Family Tree Computer Program?
I am looking for a convenient computer program where I can create my own fictional family trees. I am not talking about the ones like Ancestry.com, rather one where I can make my own using my own characters. Also, if at all, it would help if it's safe and rather easy to use.

If you have MS Office you can try using MS Org Chart to create a quick "fictional" family tree. It's drag/drop and you can go pretty deep creating multiple levels. It's not Ancestry.com, it's down & dirty but could look pretty dog gone good after you get familiar with MS Org Chart.
