Please understand my English.

When i sign in for adsense, it shows my old blog for ad showing that is deleted on 16 Dec, 2013. I have created a new blog notesvilla.blogspot.com and i want to show ads on it but it is not showing on application form it is showing old blog najabatkamal.blogspot.com. Please tell the solution. Another thing that when i try to ad adsense gadget and configure it, it gives error "Please correct the errors on this form". Help me setting my blog. Thank you.
