Ok I actually got my graphics card to fit in my comp but, I ran into another problem, when I plug everything back in the computer turns on and I can actually hear windows starting but, the monitor says there's no input signal. Then, when put my old chipset back in the monitor works normal, can somebody please help me out with this.

This is your problem the graphics card resolution is out of the range of the monitor, get a better monitor or stick with your old graphics card, another thing you can do is get a newer monitor with your new card and lower the output range and it will work with your older monitor.
Did you try starting in safe mode? See if you can start it then. If you cannot get the Windows screen in safe mode, you probably have a bad or incompatible card.
