I just bought this PC yesterday for Guild Wars 2 and to test it out I installed Dragon Age Origins.
I cant even run Dragon Age Origins smoothly on low settings. These are my specs what should I do?

Total Available Graphics Memory: 3067MB

The problem is the graphics card.
The 4250 is not a gaming card at all. It's designed to be good enough to let you view video and basic display like webpages and not much more.
If you want to play games on reasonable settings and smoothly, then you need to get a gaming video card, since around 75% of game performance is reliant on the video card alone. The rest of your specs are fine.
I suggest installing a 6770 at least, which you can get for around $110 from newegg. Obviously, the more you spend on a video card, the more powerful it will be.
With the better video card will come an increase in power required to run your computer. You may have to replace the power supply as well as the card.
The recommended video card for that game is the 5670.
