how can i raise my self esteem?
in the past three weeks on four separate occasions, i have been told by my best friend, my dad, my coach and my english teacher that i need to have more faith in myself and worry less about failing to live up to my full potential. how can i go about this?

Every day, write down 20 stupid things that people you interact with do.
Then look at them and think, hotdam -- WTF were you thinking? I'm going to have to do this my effing self.
Remember, in the sea of idiots, you need to command the ship or lives will be lost.
"what would you do if you knew you could not fail?" don't let others or the fear of being judged or wrong stop you from anything. When you start to doubt yourself, ignore it and press on. Ask these people for help in confidence. If they care enough to let you know about this, they will help you.
Smile and laugh alot! Also remember you did the best you could and thats what's good just be happy and dont worry, complement yourself and be positive! Hope I helped :)
