If you are using Windows Movie Maker then perform the following steps
1. Open Windows Movie Maker
2. Add video by clicking add videos or photos and then selecting a video of your choice
3. Add photos by clicking add videos or photos and then selecting a photo of your choice

If you are talking about adding pictures to your already edited and uploaded videos then you would have to remove those videos and edit them to have the photos. Then upload them again.

Import the images you want to use into the video project.
Drag the images down to the timeline and insert them where you want to start.
You may have to split the video at that point if there's one already there.
