I have many clients and each of them has a folder in a large mapped drive. I would like an easy and automated way of archiving the email correspondence (both sent and received emails) saving to each clients specific folder. Right now, email correspondence has to be saved manually to each of the clients folders. Is there a program that will allow me or a way in outlook 2000 to specify where archived email will go that is specific to each client?

You might be able to use "Rules" but that is going to pick the messages off as they come in and not after they have been acted on. And I don't think that you can make rules for the sent items although, admittedly I have never tried.
You might be able to do something in Exchange for that but it would be a research project.
