For some reason I've always had issues with my self esteem. I don't know why I can't feel good about myself. No matter what I achieve I always find myself feeling like it's not good enough. I don't want to feel this way. But for some reason I just can't feel good about myself. My confidence is nowhere it should be. That's a trait nobody admires. To have Low self esteem. Everybody else feel good when they wake up in the morning. Well I feel like crap when I should be happy. I shouldn't feel the way I do. Sometimes it be nights I can't even sleep due to thoughts of where my Life is headed. In my community I see others doing big things and achieving. I just want to have a chance to do the same. I look back at all the wrong I did and blame myself for where I'm at. I just want to become a Better Man. At times I don't feel like that person I want to be. It be killing me. What should I do?

Find something that makes you happy focus on that, create small goals for yourself work on achieving them everyday. Stay positive, always believe that you are the best at everything you do.
Lot’s of suggestions here. You will have to pick which of these you like the most.
First make sure you are realistic on how you are thinking. If you are thinking I get up in the morning all bright and cheery put an end to that thought right now! Half of us are morning people the other half can stay up and night real easy.
Next step is to catch yourself every time you are putting yourself down. Then every time you start catching yourself saying something negative make sure you can see a positive side too. (If you can never do this you may want to look into getting some help with depression.)
You may want to start some type of journal where you date all the entries. I would set some goals maybe at 2 years, 3 years and 5 years down the road of life. And look at some small steps that would get you to those goals. You would be amazed on how looking at past entries would show how far along you have been progressing. That is because it is hard to see small changes day to day, but over time those little things become noticeable.
Make sure you start changing those internal messages. Start replacing them with “nobodies perfect”, “I will do it better next time”, “it is okay to make a mistake sometimes” (as long as we learn from it), “I am sure someone else feels this way”, etc.
And I will end this with make sure you are doing things you enjoy doing. Hobbies get us to mix with people who think like we do and you are more likely to meet like minded individuals.
