I got a bunch of information from a documentary and now I used that information in a paragraph but in my words but by using some examples they've said...
Do I cite after each sentence who said what or just cite the documentary after the paragraph ....damn I hope this makes sense.

Usually what you would do is cite at the end. Of course you have your information in quotes. Such as:
“Tell them I hope we will meet in the better world” (Anderson, Jourdan). If you have a lot of information I recommend citing it at the end of the paragraph. Because then it will look sloppy with the same citation one after the other.
Any help with citing I recommend using Easy Bib. You can punch the information in and they format it in MLA Format.
The work that you are citing is the documentary as a whole. You can put individuals in the sentences. For example: According to <expert name>, "whatever you are quoting" (Author). If there is no clear author, use the title. If you are paraphrasing, just put the cite at the end of the paragraph.
