I need to contact them concerning if the server to ask them about an issue I may have with them
You should know who your internet providor is. ie AOL, VERGIN, BT,TALKTALK etc then phone the operator and they will give you the number. PC MAN.
Well, let's start by getting this question out of the way:
1. What is the suffix of your I.P. email address? I.E., is it @cox.net, or @comcast.com, or @charter.com, or @aol.com?
Once you figure that out, just go to their website and contact them. Say if it's @comcast.com, then just go to www.comcast.com.
2. You can also contact them from your phonebook. They should be listed in the white pages and yellow pages also.
Did this help?
if the internet provider set your computer up, try looking through the computer settings. otherwise, try the phone book - sounds obvious, but helpful. if you need help you can email me - whos ur provider?
Most people use the phone!
Are you serious? You don't know who your ISP is?
Do you have cable? Do you have dial-up? Do you have satellite? Do you have DSL?
Is it Cox? Is it Hughesnet?
