How do I convert a mp4 to a wma?

Ok...I have been searching all over the internet for forever trying to find a decent *free* converter. I have downloaded numerous ones, and nothing is working. Can you give me some converter sites that I could download it for free? That would be great! Thx.

ok first.... MP4 is a movie file and wma is audio so its not gonna convert smoothly but one relly great one is www.mediaconverter.org
