How do I do this problem and can you give me an answer? I have 5 of these to do.

Do the exponents first. Square the five (5X5) and cube the two (2X2X2).
That gives you -25 + 4 X 8
Multiplication and division are next, so 4 X 8
That gives you -25 + 32, which is the same as 32 - 25 and that equals 7
