Do a search for your particular camera model. Once you find it (most likely on the manufacturer's website), find and click on the user manuel. You should be able to find detailed instructions there.
Generaly: there is a USB cable you connect between your camera and your computer. After you insert the cable, in My Computer, a new drive unit appears, You can copy files from that unit as you were copying files from one disk partition to another....
