I have half hour film in Final Cut Pro 7. It is in h.264 format. I understand this is not a stable format in which to edit. I edited it just fine, but now when I export it to quicktime, the video and audio go out of sync.

I need to know how I can get this timeline exported into compressor. Is there a way? Do you know?
