If you mean copy/paste, use the following keyboard shortcuts:
WINDOWS/LINUX:
Ctrl+C for Copy
Ctrl+X for Cut
Ctrl+V for Paste
MAC:
Command+C for Copy
Command+X for Cut
Command+V for Paste
If your talking about copying and pasting just right click your mouse on whatever you want to paste, hit copy, go to where you want to paste the item and right click again and hit paste.
On Windows
1.Right click on the object you want to paste. (if its text, left click and drag along the text you want. You should see it highlighted blue)
2. On the right click menu you will see the option to 'Copy' click on that option.
3. Now go to where it is you want to paste the object, like in a new folder.
4. Right click on the new location and select 'Paste'.
