Download MalwareBytes by right-clicking the link in the "Resources" section below. Save it to your Desktop.

Double-click the MalwareBytes application file on your Desktop. Click "Next" to begin installing the program and follow all prompts on screen. Click "Finish" to complete the installation.

Click "OK" to close the box that appears after MalwareBytes updates itself.

Click the "Scanner" tab and select "Perform Quick Scan." Then click "Scan" to begin the scanning process, which may take from a few minutes to a few hours to complete, depending on how infected your PC is.

Click "OK" and then "Show Results" to view all pieces of spyware that have been found by the scanner.

Click "Remove Selected" and MalwareBytes will delete all associated Antivirus Pro 2009 files. Click the "Exit" button when the removal process has completed.

Reboot your computer by going to "Start > Shutdown > Restart." Antivirus Pro 2009 will now be completely removed from your PC.

if you have vista click the start menu click on computer then near top there should be a blue bar and on that blue bar click uninstall or change a program click on tht and find that program and double click it and follow the window that pops up
