You just did. It is upsetting to hear that Adolph's Hitler idealism is still out there polluting our world. Anyone who knows a little about history will recognize this for what it is "another sick wacko" who need to be monitored and redirected. I would expect to hear something like that from someone who hasn't reached the 6th grade or had any school at all.

its pointless to try to report someone its an automated system, your best option is to ignore the responses or questions you find offensive.

even if turd guy gets the boot he could set up another free account in two seconds under a different name, so nothing would really happen to him and you would still be mad and offended, so just ignore it.

i reported that question and im sure many have. To report an inappropriate question you need to click on the little flag you see under the question. That person is sick, you're right, but no worries, im sure he will be dealt with.
