I keep trying to install windows 7 in boot camp but at first it said i didnt have enough space so i got it up to 30GB of availible storage and now it says that the disc cannot be partitioned because some files could not be moved and to restore my computer and try again. How do i do this? shouldnt 30 GB be enough?

The message means the drive is almost full. A "scratch" space is needed to move files, and for large files (movies / large app packages), the drive free space is not enough.
Try iDefrag, link below.
To restore, boot to the restore volume (DVD in OS 10.6.8 or earlier, hidden partition in OS 10.07 or later). NOTE: The only way a restore can gain drive space is by erasing the drive. Do you have a backup? If not, erasing will ... how can I say it... will ERASE all your songs, movies, and photos––everything.
Another option is to use Disk Utility to "Restore" to an external drive, boot to that restore drive, and use Disk Utility again to reverse the restore. That will defrag the drive....
– Connect an external drive with an empty partition that is at least equal to the total data on the internal drive (If the internal drive is 500GB and has 250GB used, you need at least 250GB external drive / partition).
– Launch Disk Utility.
– Select any drive at left.
– Select the "Restore" tab.
– Drag the internal drive's partition to the "Source" field.
– Drag the external drive's partition to the "Destination" field.
– Click "Restore" button.
– Take a long walk... couple of hours, maybe more.
– When it is done, quit Disk Utility, and restart while holding the option key.
– Choose the external drive and press Return. (startup is slower; this is normal)
– Launch Disk Utility.
– Select any drive at left.
– Select the "Restore" tab.
– Drag the internal drive's partition to the "Destination" field.
– Drag the external drive's partition to the "Source" field.
– Click "Restore" button.
– Take another long walk.
– When it is done, quit Disk Utility, and restart, holding option to choose the internal drive.
– Launch Boot Camp Assistant and yada yada.

Okay if you're trying to install windows 7 first thing you need to do is make sure that there's nothing on your computer that's stopping the process what you do is go to your Control Panel or all programs and find your system factory and hit System Restore this will give you a clear booed up of your original settings when you first got the computer and then try to install it there
