In Chrome, click on the three lines button to bring up the menu of options, click on bookmarks, import bookmarks and settings and follow the wizard.
Harder way:
In Firefox:
1) Click on Bookmarks, then Show all bookmarks (or press keyboard shortcut CTRL+Shift+B).
2) Click on 'Import and Backup', then 'Export Bookmarks to HTML' and save the html file to your desktop.
In Chrome, click on the three lines button, then Bookmarks Manager, then organise, then import bookmarks from html file and locate the file from above.
