slope-intercept form is y=mx+b
but i think mostly, my question is.. what do I do when the slope is zero?
so the -3 is eliminated, right?
well u are right, the slope is 0.
So u could either write it as y=4 or y=0x+4.
but really 0x is still nothing
so y=4 is more appropriate
Just do y - 4 = 0 which becomes
y = 4
(It's actually y = 0x + 4 but you wouldn't write 0x since it's just 0.)
