You could perform a disk clean up which is located by pressing the "Start Menu">"All Programs">"Accessories">"System Tools">"Disk Clean Up". Then select the drive you would like to clean up. This will clean up all unecessary files you may have on your computer.
If you are looking to remove the addresses listed in the drop down menu in the address link, you can do so by selecting "Tools">"Internet Options" and then select "Clear History" on the General Tab. The "Tools" menu can be selected at the top on the toolbar once you have Internet Explorer open. This will remove any addresses that you have typed in the address link in the past.
