As far as I know, you can't do that because you can't embed a video from Youtube to a presentation.
In other words, you can't take something that's been uploaded to the Internet (Youtube specifically) and put it in a Powerpoint.
I suppose you could, however (depending on how you are using the presentation) put a link in the presentation to the video on Youtube and show it that way.

download the video by youtube hunter, then you can convert it to .Swf, then add it using flashsprig software for powerpoint
Can't do it... I don't think slide shows are that advanced... you can make a slide show INTO a YouTube video... but not the other way around...
Why would you need the slide show if you have video?
download the youtube video by any video downloader such as videoget and past it in your slide show thats all
