It depends on how old it is and whether it has a recovery partition.
Pressing F2 usually gets you into the BIOS, which will not be much help to you.
If it has a recovery partition here is a link telling you how to get to it, Acer is the one at the top by the way;

Failing that visit Acers support site where they will advise you;

Without the restore disc, you are screwed and will be unable to restore it back to factory settings. All you can do is to uninstall all the programs you haven't used in a week. You can try CCleaner in a bid to clean-up the hard drive, and carry out other basic maintenance, but wiping the disc is only a last resort.
This works every time:
RTFM
Read the friendly User Manual for your specific PC, by Model Number. There is an entire section on BURNING your Windows Recovery DVDs, and How to return your computer to FACTORY-NEW condition.
Still stuck? Take your computer back to the store where you bought it, and they will trouble-shoot it, and estimate the cost of repairs.
i can help if you are using windows 8
just go to the right corner of the screen then go to settings then further click on change pc settings then click general on your left and scroll down further
you will see "refreshing your pc without affecting your files " then click get started and in this way you can be able to refresh windows
Sorry: But I can't help.
RE:>> I literally have tried everything!!!!!!
Therefore, there can be nothing left for me to suggest.
