You don't. You save it onto a flash drive. There is no SD slot on a PS3.
You can however plug a flash drive into the USB port on the front of the system and select the data, chose 'copy', and move the data onto the flash drive. Note: some data is unable to be moved to prevent cheating, mostly in multiplayer games, but sometimes even single player data is protected.
