They say Narcissists need reassured constantly. How much is that? Twenty times a day? Once a day? Once a week? Once a month?
Update:To Adeline: Let me answer you truthfully.
*Do you have a grandiose image of yourself and believe other people are inferior?
-I am a model so I have a grandiose image of myself to some degree. I feel other people are physically inferior. But I feel there are superior people too.
*Do you believe you have special talents and gifts that put you above others, and resent it when they don't acknowledge your grandeur?
-I write books, and feel my ability to write is a special talent. So yes.
* Do you resent other people's achievements?
-No, not really. Depends on what it is.
* Is there a reality gap between the level of importance you feel you deserve and your actual position in life?
-I am not as successful as I wish I could be, or strive to be. So to some degree, yes.
The reason I feel I'm not a narcissist:
I care about people
I have been in love.
I've had two long relationships. No short ones.
I help people for no reason.
I see past myself.
