rar is an archive format for pcs which can contain executables, images pictures or text -- including source code. obb is an archive format for android of course. Android isn't windows and its executables don't function the same way. To run a windows program on Android you need to recompile the source code (which is presumably Java) translate that into Dalvik and hope it runs. If your rar file contains just the executables you're out of luck. Unarchive it and see.

pls help me out.. my problem is that i had downloaded the game but i wasn't around when it finished. now i traced it ti downloads and found it as xxxxx.obb file. pls can i still make use of it?
