I recently went to my doctor and got my neurotransmitter levels tested, I was low on serotonin, dopamine, and norepinephrine. I didn't wanna do antidepressants either, so he gave me these supplements to take (Travacor, Kavinace, and Balance D) They naturally raise your neurotransmitter levels over time. I just started taking them like a week ago, so I can't tell you if there have been any changes yet, but you should go to a doctor (preferably a natural medicine specialist) and ask for a neurotransmitter evaluation test (it's a urine test that they send to the lab) because I don't think you can do that without a doctor. And yes, exercise and a good diet always helps :] Good luck
