If you are not in an anti-gun state like IL, NY, MA, or CA, why would you want to register a gun in you name? Besides, registered gun are almost NEVER the ones doing the crime, becuase criminals don't obey the registrating law if it exist, thats why they are criminals.
I'm pretty sure Indiana doesn't require it's people to register their firearms but double check. If they don't, then forget about it. Now if they do require you to register your firearms then you will need a FFL dealer to do the transfer.

You don't need to. Indiana does not require you to register the gun. It's yours.
