I can't downgrade to iOS 6.1.3?
I want to downgrade for iOS 7 to iOS 6.1.3 but when I go on apple and restore it back it says that there is a problem. Help!

Yes - you can downgrade to 6.1.4 but cannot to 6.1.3
You can restore to iOS 6.1.4 and if you have saved your shsh blobs then you can downgrade to any of those on your device.
