I try to use my friends laptop to find a way to reset it but I cannot find a way to. I have tried to make a password reset disk to my flash drive but soon learned that it only works for the account on the computer it was made on -_-* .. someone please help. I have a mid-term exam due in a week and haven't even started. I do have a finger scanner but it says that it has expired? Please assist me asap
