I'm a major gamer and I want to play C&C Tiberium Wars, Supreme Commander, and GRAW for PC. I know these games will work because of the Intel Graphics Media Accelerator 950 of its 2.0 Pixel Shader and 3.0 Vertex Shader. But is it worth it? Is it good for gaming? Will these games will normally worK?( I don't want fast, just normal) Does all the same versions of this pc has the same graphics card? Plz I really need an answer and I will buy it at Circuit City. Thank you for you answer! :D
Update:Oh yeah! And it's a PCI-E x16!

I do believe that this computer that you are looking at would be bottom line entry level computer that will run for a bit but I can;t see how the eMachines T3612 Desktop would be good for gaming what so ever as it seems to have a onboard videocard . Seems to be a slot you can upgrade but do you really want to buy a new computer and then have to upgrade the graphic card.
It may run your games at the lowest possible setting, but I can;t see it running games in the future all to well. Also in the listing for the computer it says this" ready you for casual gaming" you state you are a major gamer I doubt you really wants this. Top it off it only costs $300 currently so I can;t see this computer would be very good in upgrading at all. But you get what you pay for and well for that price you get junk in my mind. Hell for $300 you can get one of the newest video cards out there.
I am guessing you can;t spend much on a computer if you are trying to buy this computer. If you are not able to build one yourself you could try Alienware, ABS, or any other gamering computer makers, odds are though you will not be able to make one for under 1k, and no chance in the world at a $300 budget. You want to avoid entry line computers if you want to play game, most you can;t upgrade very well.
If I have been you, i does not touch an Emachine except you're prepared to guard it stunning. confident, they are low value, and oftentimes sturdy for the homestead windows classes and different hassle-loose workstation applications, yet as quickly as you connect it to the internet, you will rather be feeding it to the sharks. Emachines are exceedingly liable to viruses and undercover agent ware, so which you will desire to establish you're secure. And the loose style of unsolicited mail blockers you are able to acquire from the internet won't do. you like the point of protection you are going to would desire to pay massive dollars for. some thing like McAffee, or Norton. yet once you're prepared to fork over the money to guard your investment, an Emachine would do purely high quality if all you like a working laptop or workstation for is hassle-loose homestead use.
eMachines are entry level computers, using cheap parts, if you want to play games you need something with a seperate graphics card, games will not play well and often not at all on intel 950 graphics.
eMachines Are Junk, I just sold one for 200 bucks that i bought 6 months ago. They are made cheap and won't handle your games very well. they are perfect just to serf the net. I have to give emachines credit. They offer that great Gateway support but are made bad!! Get a HP Computer they are good for gaming.
Absolutely not. Not for the applications you're wanting to run. You need a dedicated video accelerator. Do NOT get a computer with onboard video if you're going to be doing heavy gaming.
I dont think it will handle what you want it to do.
pretty good, i game on one
