Generally, a "Good" college will want to see mostly A's & B's.
However, they also look for a general upward trend in grades from your freshmen year to your senior year. For example, you mostly get C's & B's freshmen year, but your progressively earn better grades, in more difficult classes such as honors/AP/IB classes. A single C+ will not ultimately murder your chances for getting into a "good" college.
College admissions will also take into consideration events or special circumstances which might have caused the dip in your transcript, such as family issues, financial issues, etc etc.

It depends which year of high school you are in.

A C+ is an average grade, not the best, but it is better than a D or F. Yes, you will still be able to get into a good college.
its ok but not great. A C wont ruin your chances in getting into a good college but just try to get A's and B's.
