I just got finished installing Windows 7 ultimate 64bit and proceeded to download Steam and and get all my games on my new HDD. After I started the downloads, about an hour or so later, my computer shuts down. I turn it back on immediately just to have it continuously restart. After disconnecting the PSU and reconnecting it however, it boots up (although this time it takes a little longer). This is the weird part. After I log into Win7, all the windows and programs I had open were still there and operating normally. Steam, skype, my Temp moderator, all open and running. So is my computer not turning off, but entering a powerless sleep mode? if so, why can't I start it back up normally, but have to D/C the PSU. I have a GA-EP43-UD3L mobo with a core 2 duo e6750 and an HD5770 GPU.
