Looking for a remote access program?
I am looking for a program that I can access my Mother's computer and help her when she gets stuck. I can't always understand what she's seeing and it's hard for me to help her. I only need a basic program that I can see her screen and get her back to where she can use it.

Join.me (free) is good and so is OpenSSH (free and insanely awesome use it every day) and LogMeIn(paid)
I have been using BeAnywhere. It's easy to work, secure and flexible, I have been using to help my mum too. She is learning some basic IT technologies and this tool is very simple to use for newcomers like our moms :)
