My cursor has a strange problem?
I'm like 100% sure that my mouse has nothing to do with this- after I installed something, my cursor started having this really annoying problem where it always tilts to the left even if going completely straight up. I scanned for viruses and found nothing!
I'm getting really angry and I want to throw my mouse at the wall right now! I don't know how to fix this problem; I restarted the computer and reinstalled graphics drivers.

I don't really understand your question. Cursor tilts to left. Do you mean moves to left even though your mouse is moving straight up.
I would ask a friend to try their mouse on your computer and see if it is the mouse or the computer
I believe it is your mouse then and you should try a new one they are about $15 from newegg of bestbuy for a good logitech wireless on sale
Jordan, go to 'Control Panel' and click on the 'Mouse' icon. You should be able to tweak the behaviour of the cursor to stop it misbehaving.
If that doesn't work, how much does a new mouse cost??!! About as much as a DVD.
