She got a shot yesterday at her physical. Now she keeps getting fevers, vomits sometimes, barely eats, and the place on her arm where she got the shot is really, really swollen. What do I do she is 4.
And can squeezing the place where she got the shot be the cause of the fevers ?
Im so scared for her.I don't like seeing her sick. And my mom is in work and can't help until she gets out.

Well normally the place of the shot would fade after about a day or two, but no. Squeezing the spot would not cause the fevers, but if you squeeze it you could not allow the opening to close, and then she could get an infection of the arm, and by the swelling that is what it sounds like. Until your mother get's home i'd lay her down, put a wet cloth on her head and let her rest. Don't touch the infection(Not that you can get infected), but it could get worse. Afterwards I highly recommend going to the hospital.
call the dr or pharmacy where she got the shot---then call mom at work and tell her what they said--
