im having problems with my paypal account. 2 days ago i bought an item and paid for it the same day. and today i wanted to paid for an item that i bought today! and the error code thing shows up. I have searched online for solutions and nothing. I try to pay under pay for ebay items tab but the item doesnt show up! it tells me to pay on that item on ebay but still! i called paypal and the person that i talked to told me that it wasnt a paypal problem! that my bank wasnt allowing the transaction, Does it mean i have no money on my account or are they hacking me? When I paid for the 1st item i didnt go to ebay to pay for it i went to paypal and paid for it! now this new item doesnt show up on paypal! Please respond!!!!!
