Ok... What exactly are you trying to ask? Are you trying to get your aspire one to run ms-dos or are you trying to get ms-dos application to run on it?
For the latter, there is a program called DOSBox that works pretty well, and for the former, there's an OS called freeDos, if you're really that inclined to use an outdated operating system.
